Community

At Sky Carolina, community is more than a name. It takes more than architecture and planning to make this a special place. Sky Carolina’s objective is to create a living space to pass on to generations of residents and visitors. In an effort to fashion a lasting legacy, the Sky Carolina Trust was created – a non-profit entity dedicated to making Sky Carolina a vital, engaging place for all residents and visitors to the village. The purpose of the Trust will include the promotion of events, festivals, seminars and activities that connect Sky Carolina residents with one another and to the greater community. The Trust will work toward understanding the local and regional flora and fauna; will bring concerts, recitals and cultural events to the area; will hold special events in recognition of holidays; will help disadvantaged children locally and regionally; and will create interrelated events in tandem with local non-profit organizations and communities. Through the Trust, Sky Carolina plans to expose children to the joys of tennis and provide avenues for young people to excel in life by offering educational scholarships. The Sky Team intends for the Trust to thrive long after the community is complete.
