Bo Quickel
Acting as the Founder of Sky Carolina, through Wild Hare Development, company President Bo Quickel has assembled an exceptional team of professionals in the New Urbanism genre: award-winning residential, commercial and landscape architects, 3D rendering and animation specialists, branding experts, TND consultants, and graphic designers to bring his vision to life. As the sole principal of both Wild Hare Development Company, Inc. and Bo of North Carolina, Inc., he has been perfecting his homebuilding and project development career since 1992. Both companies have grown exponentially in the last 15 years, achieving success in all economic climates. With experience in both commercial and residential building, Bo of North Carolina, Inc. now specializes in every facet, style and price point of the homebuilding market. Wild Hare Development president Bo Quickel received his Business Management degree from North Carolina State University, after which he took a job in the trenches of construction and rapidly worked his way up the career ladder to owning his own company. Bo's success is due to a tenacious spirit and his hands-on approach to each task.
Through mindful decision making, Wild Hare has greatly expanded the development division of its corporation to include international resorts, including a sixty-acre ocean front condo hotel and marina project waiting to begin vertical construction in the Turks and Caicos Islands, British West Indies; as well as carefully crafted residential communities stateside, to include Sky Carolina located in North Carolina.
It is the desire and earnest intention of Bo Quickel, working through Wild Hare Development, to provide an authentic living environment - one that fulfills all of the requirements necessary to connect with the homesite, the enclave, and the feeling of wellness that is created when each and every aspect of the experience has been thought through, presented correctly, and properly achieved. Stephen Newsome
Stephen Newsome is a proud native of North Carolina, and earned his MBA degree from Appalachian State University. Fifteen years of business experience in finance and sales gave Stephen a firm foundation for becoming a REALTOR and ultimately establishing his own real estate brokerage firm.
He is well known as a top professional in the market, having sold more than a billion dollars in real estate and other investments. He attributes this success to superior client service.
Stephen served in the US Army as a Special Operations Communications Sergeant in the Special Forces. He is a member of the Carolina Regional REALTOR Association and the National Association of REALTORS. In his spare time, Stephen enjoys boating, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife and twins. He currently holds a private pilot’s license and is close to achieving his helicopter rating.

Mary Lentz
Mary Lentz is a natural-born athlete who has excelled both on and off the tennis courts her entire life. She has personally achieved several national rankings over the past 20 years, earning a number of championship titles. As a high-performance coach, Mary has trained state, sectional, and nationally ranked tennis players. Mary brought her experience from the court to the country clubs where she has managed, developed and restructured elite tennis and country club programs on the East Coast over the past 15 years. Her marketing and leadership skills have helped these businesses realize tremendous growth and expansion. Mary also served as a co-host and co-producer of a bi-weekly tennis TV program, “Between the Lines.”
Mary attended the University of Delaware, and has completed continuing education courses with the United States Professional Tennis Association and High Performance Coaching with USTA in August 2006. She holds numerous professional affiliations and certifications in her field of expertise.

Sandy Aichner
Sandy Aichner relocated from Miami, Florida to live in Lake Norman and earned her bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from Meredith College. Sandy has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge as a paralegal, a mortgage loan processor, a REALTOR and broker throughout her career. While working for a local real estate firm, she was recognized for her outstanding productivity three years in a row, claiming titles of both Multi-million Dollar Producer and Top Producer.
Sandy enjoys living in the Lake Norman area and in her spare time enjoys time with her family, organizing charity events, cooking, playing tennis and running. She is an active member of the Lake Norman Tennis Association, the United States Tennis Association, and the Lake Norman Junior Women’s League.

Angie K. Chanthavong
Angie K. Chanthavong was born in Amarillo, Texas, far from her parents’ native Laos in Southeast Asia. As a first-generation American, Angie learned to meld her rich Asian family traditions with those of the Southeastern U.S. that she was surrounded by when her family established roots in Hickory, North Carolina.
Angie's deeply rooted Asian traditions were on display when she competed for and won the title of Miss Laotian-American of Charlotte in 2002. Angie has successfully attained her Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate; she has also served as president of the Future Healthcare Leaders of America.
Angie possesses determination, an invigorating work ethic, an enthusiasm to see others prosper, and a natural consultative sales ability. Sky’s founder places a high importance on each of these traits. Wilkison brings the same focus on excellence, skill and love of the sport to the program design and staffing that guided his sports career. A Shelby native and longtime Charlotte resident, Tim played on the Association of Tennis Professionals Tour for fifteen years, starting in 1976, winning six singles titles and nine doubles titles.
He was the U. S. Junior Champion in 1977, a singles quarterfinalist at the U. S. Open and doubles semifinalist at the U. S. Open, Wimbledon and the Australian Open. Mike Boston, originally from Ocean City, N.J., graduated high school in Hilton Head, S.C. and played on a full tennis scholarship for the College of Charleston.
